Will the garden ornaments rust if I buy one that is unfinished?

If you buy an unfinished piece it will rust if you leave it outside. If you like the natural metal look you can spray it with spray/paint or coat it with some type of matte finish that you can purchase at any hardware store to preserve the look of the steel. Many people like the rustic look so if you purchase a piece put it outside and do nothing your garden ornament will
rust naturally.

How thick is the steel that you use to create the yard art?

Most of our pieces are made from heavy 24 gage steel unless noted on the description.

If I want a custom piece created what type of file should I send?

We prefer DXF or Bitmap files but we can work with most file formats including Illustrator ai, eps, psd, jpg, pdf, tiff, png and gif formats.

I heard that you can create a custom piece from a sketch is that true?

Yes, we can create any ornament from your sketch or drawing.

I also heard that you can create a custom piece by a description of what
I would like created?

That is also true, if you send us an e-mail or give us a call our artists can sketch and create what you have described.

I am interested in starting my own business, do you give wholesale prices.

Yes, we will set up a wholesale price list if you are interested in selling our pieces or if you are interested in us creating pieces of your design for you.

Is there a limit on the amount of pieces I can have created?

No, you can have as many or a few as you need.

Can you use different types of metal if I request something different other
than steel?

Yes, Steel, aluminum, copper or stainless sheet metal to ¾” plate.

Does it take long for a custom piece to be created?

No, it shouldn’t take any longer than ordering an already designed piece.

How big are the stakes that are are attached the home garden decor?

The steel stake is sized depending on the product size and need and welded on so you can easily place them into the ground in your lawn or garden. The size of the stake is on the description product page.

Can I have my yard art painted a different color than what is on
your web site?

If you give us a call before or right after placing the order we will do our best to get
you the color of preference.

Is there a size limit on what I can order?

If you would like something created that is very large just let us know and we will
work with you to create the large piece that you want.

Will my Hypertufa Leaf hold water?

Yes it will, all ornamental leafs have been sealed for protection of the piece against the outdoor element and to ensure that they will hold water.

Do I need to bring my garden planter in the winter?

Yes, please bring in any Hypertufa, stone or concrete pieces. Your piece will last longer
if you bring them in the winter.

Is it possible to have an inscription put on my piece?

Yes, are artists will inscribe any piece with a name or content of choice?
